My roommate is moving away from this gorgeous flat, so I'm looking for someone to take over her lease, from 1st of May to 13th of September with possibility to renew!
The flat is beautiful, it has a very large open plan living room and kitchen, great sized double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a large full private bathroom for sole use! I'll be in the other en-suite bedroom.
The area is great, bus stop is right in front of the building, London Fields overground is 5 mins walk, and Bethnal Green Underground is less than 10mins commute. Broadway Market, London Fields and other great areas are all nearby!!
I am a 28 year old software engineer for an investment bank. I am friendly, clean and chill. Ideally looking for someone clean and considerate, friendly, and not WFH 5 days a week, other than that I can adapt to different people! I am interested in music, fashion, arts, books, movies...
