I regret to inform you that this flatshare is not going ahead since Richmond Road will continue to be let as a whole after all.

I have been letting my Richmond Road pad on London Fields park itself (near the Lido with Broadway Market at the other end of the park) in Hackney (glorious Victorian terrace, 1259 sqft/116.9m2, 12 feet/3.6 metres ceilings, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two fireplaces, garden with summer house backing onto the park) HOWEVER I was just informed that the tenants are moving to South Africa and hence not extending their lease which expires on 22 April 2025.

Rather than get new tenants for the whole place, I would at this point be inclined to move in myself and let the two spare bedrooms hence posting here for to see whether there be any interest therefor (I am new to all this including pricing but do ask any questions you might have)!

As soon as my agents, Stirling Ackroyd, learned of the tenants moving out they started advertising the whole place, as you can see in the cover photo (kindly view their ad online for pictures, details, floor plan etc which can be found e. g. at Zoopla, just search for E8, 3 bedrooms, £4,500/month).

The feng shui of the place is tangible and the area without equal. Step over to the Lido in your bathrobe, have a picnic on the park then watch the alternative catwalk that is Broadway Market on a Saturday; pet baby goats at Hackney City Farm on your way down to Columbia Road Flower Market on a Sunday. I’ll stop there, shall I!
