Bit about the place - located a 1 minute walk to London Fields station, 2 minutes to London Fields, and 5 minutes to Broadway Market, you'll be right in the middle of, it especially when the weather gets a bit warmer.

The flat itself is a large 2 bedroom flat, 2 bath flat, that has a terrace with an outdoor setting and a concierge. The flat is fully furnished, with a large open plan living and dining area and kitchen. As a sweetener there's an Espresso Machine, Air Fryer and even a Ninja Creami. Bedroom came unfurnished, but ideally will sell it on at low cost (bed, desk, chair etc).

A bit about your flatmate - About your flatmate: Matt is 33 and works in finance/tech. He travels a lot, both for work and personally, so you'll find that you have the place to yourself quite often. Matt is super laidback, makes a mean coffee, loves a long run, and won't say no to the pub (especially after the run).

We are looking for someone to take over a 12 month lease who is easy going and tidy, who's not impartial to the occasional beer but who's also at the life stage where a decent night's sleep is becoming more important.
