Double Room in Beautiful London Fields Townhouse

Hey! I’m sadly relocating abroad and looking for someone lovely to take over my room in our amazing home near London Fields.

1. The House

We live in a gorgeous 5-bedroom townhouse (with one bedroom set up as a home office), spread across multiple floors, with:
• 4 bathrooms
• A bright, modern living room
• Spacious open-plan kitchen
• A lovely private garden (perfect in summer!)
• Weekly cleaner included

Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. We’re a 5-minute walk to London Fields and right by Broadway Market, surrounded by brilliant pubs, cafés, restaurants and great transport links.

2. The Room

The room is on the third floor and shares a bathroom with just one other flatmate.

It’s spacious, bright, and peaceful. It comes unfurnished, but I’m happy to negotiate on some furniture, including:

• Double ottoman bed (with storage)
• Mattress
• Desk & chair
• Bedside tables & lamps

Rent is £1,255 per month, which includes all bills (electricity, heating, water, council tax, weekly cleaner).

3. The Flatmates

You’ll be living with Alex, Tom and Kit (late 20s–30s).

Alex works in accounting (the fun kind, promise). Kit and Tom both work in sales (different sectors).

Everyone has their own busy lives and routines, but we enjoy the occasional shared dinner, drink, or catch-up in the living room. Most importantly, they’re kind, respectful, clean and genuinely lovely people to live with.

4. About You

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and independent — someone with their own life going on, but who’s open to the occasional shared meal or glass of wine.

This house has really been made into a home, so we’d love someone who’ll feel comfortable here and treat it with care.
