The room

A large double room (5mx4m) in a three bedroom Victorian house. The room has lots of light and has a double bed, storage space and a desk for a home office. Shared kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room and garden. Available now. Viewing Saturday (21st) afternoon.
The house is in E8 a stone's throw from the London Fields Lido and close to Broadway Market and Netil Market, with their pubs, restaurants, art galleries and cafes and the weekend market. Columbia Flower Market is a 10 minute walk, with Regents Canal very close by.
The household consists of:
Anne (F): I'm an active, easy-going, friendly professional working in Central London. I like to climb, hike, travel, cycle, and bake - which means I'm usually pretty busy during the week.
I'm looking for a housemate who will keep the house clean and peaceful; but I'm happy to socialise over dinner, wine and dessert on the weekend!

Resident landlords (M&F): We spend almost all of our time away from London. We are friendly and welcoming but respectful of your privacy and space. The household is comfortable and relaxed and we are looking for compatible housemates who will be happy living together whilst we come and go a few times per year.
Rent is £900 per calendar month with gas, electricity, water, broadband and council tax included. Rent also includes a weekly cleaner who will clean all round the house including your room and a gardener during the summer.
