Huge room in friendly London Fields flat!

I’m sadly leaving this amazing flat and flatmates as I’m moving out of London, and looking for someone to take my place. It’s a lovely flat, literally seconds away from London Fields, which is lovely all year round, but pops off particularly in the summer!

The housemates are one guy and one girl, both early to mid 30s and professionals. They’re super friendly, interesting and chilled, and I’ll be sad to be leaving them! Both love the area and are often out and about taking advantage of all the good stuff that comes with it! Restaurants, pubs, coffee shops etc.

There’s also a Whatsapp group for the whole building which makes it feel like a really nice community. Everyone is great with helping each other out, taking in parcels, providing useful info etc.

The flat
A really spacious and bright 3rd floor flat with an incredible location. We are just off London Fields and really close to Broadway Market and also Mare Street. It’s really easy to get to Victoria Park, Hackney Downs, Hackney Marshes, Haggerston Park, Columbia Road etc.

The flat had 3 massive bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining and living area that gets the most amazing light throughout the day. There is bike storage, and it’s also really well located in terms of transport. There’s a bus stop right outside, and it’s a 2 min walk to London Fields station and a 6 min walk to Hackney Central station.

The room
The room is arguably the biggest in the flat and fits all my furniture with loads of space left. It can fit a desk easily so is good for WFH. It has huge windows so gets great light throughout the day and is also quiet, particularly at night.

The room comes unfurnished but as I’m leaving London, I’m looking to sell my furniture so would be happy to sell if you wanted any of it. I’ve got a king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and office chair.

Who we are looking for
Someone friendly, easy-going and respectful and happy to contribute to a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Happy to socialise, but also has their own thing going on. Clean and tidy etc. Everyone is in their early to mid 30s, so ideally looking for someone around the same age.

Rent (includes water): £1,161
Other bills: Variable, but £100 per month to cover us

Moving in will require some standard checks from our letting agent, and there will be a deposit of £1,028.85.
