Double room in a two-bed flat on Mare Street, Hackney. You’ll be taking over from my flatmate. The contract runs until October 2nd, and the move-in date is April 20th or later.
The flat is simple and compact, equipped with basics, but the room is big, so it works well for someone who is out more and doesn’t mind there’s no living room. Rent is £850 and with bills it comes around £950. The area is really lively and the weekends are quite busy. Something to be aware of is that it’s also quite rowdy around here! If you're familiar with the area and happy to be acquainted with a nice, outgoing community, you'll be a good fit!
I’ve lived here for three years. I work in a bar nearby so I am out every evening and most days. At home I’m used to a quiet day but always happy to hang out and go to the pub, so hopefully you’re all right with mutual independence. One thing to note is there’s not a lot of stuff in the kitchen; if you have your own things, great! If not, we can make it work. If all sounds good, my only conditions are you are low-maintenance and clean!
Drop me a message if you’re interested. I’ll be doing viewings from March 21st, I’m trying to find someone ASAP and do reference checks - if you are happy to move in on a set date, I will need personal details to give to the agency for a routine check, which needs to happen quickly but will explain more about that.
Thanksss
