Hi! I’m moving out and looking for someone to replace me in this lovely London Fields flat.

- May 4th Move in (can be slightly flexible on this)
- Rent £741 pm / Deposit £741
- Bills are not included but are approx £130 depending on usage. Usually more expensive in winter.
- Council Tax Band: C

The Room/Flat:
- Cozy three bed, 1 bath top floor flat. Fully equipped kitchen, bright spacious living room. The room is a well sized double. I’ll be leaving all the furniture so room comes fully furnished with shelving unit, small wardrobe, tall chest of drawers, side table, desk and chair.

Location:
Fantastic location right in the heart of Mare Street. London Fields park and Broadway Market are a 7mins walk away and Victoria Park is 10mins away. Vibey area with lots of great cafes, restaurants and pubs around too.

Transportation:
Well connected with different transport links within walking distance. London Fields overground station is a 3 mins walk, Hackney Central overground is 15mins. Bethnal Green is about 20mins away too for the Circle Line. Lots of bus routes right on your doorstep as well - 26/55/38/106/254 and more.

Current Flatmate:
You’ll be living with the lovely Natasha, and her friendly bearded dragon Falkor! Natasha is an actress and works in film production. She WFH about 2-3 days per week. There is another room available as our other flatmate is moving out with her partner so there will be someone moving into the third room around the same time as you (you may have seen the ad for the other room on here already).

About you:
Looking for a working professional who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. Preferably not WFH full time. The vibe of the house is chill and peaceful, definitely not a party house. We all have our separate lives but hang out occasionally so looking for someone who wants the same. No students and non-smokers only please.

New tenancy starts on 4th May so looking for someone to move in then but may be possible to start earlier. Looking to host viewings asap as landlord will need to do reference checks.
