Double Room in London Fields

Hello!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room on Graham Road in Hackney. It’s a very spacious basement double room, furnished with a bed and chest of drawers, and located right next to the downstairs bathroom. We don’t have a sitting room but have a large kitchen and back garden which is used as our common area for chats/dinner/drinks etc

You’d be sharing with three lovely housemates (English & Irish): Lizey (29, also in the basement), Andy (33) and Jack (30), both on the ground floor. There’s a shower room upstairs and a bathroom in the basement.

The house also has a beautiful, large garden that gets lots of use in the summer - perfect for chilling in the sun or hosting the occasional drinks.

A couple of us work from home fairly regularly, but the house is generally calm and easygoing. We’re a chilled household who enjoy our own space, but also get on well and like to socialise now and then - especially with garden drinks when the sun’s out ☀️

Location-wise: just a 7-minute walk to Hackney Central, 4 minutes to London Fields, and only 2 minutes to the lovely Wilton Way Wines & Violet Cafe.

Bills come to just over £100 per month.

Hoping someone can move in soon but we can be flexible if it’s the right fit!
