Large double en-suite in London fields

Hello! Our flatmate is moving out so there’s a large en-suite room becoming available in our lovely flat. The location is perfect - just next to london fields, and easy walking distance to broadway market, wilton way, mare st, victoria park, hackney central, dalston etc. - it’s really in the centre of everything! We’ve got a lovely, light shared kitchen/living space which leads to a large patio which traps the sun all summer - perfect for bbqs etc. We love it here and hope you will too.
You’ll be living with me (30F) and my flatmate Steph (34F). I’m English and work in tech, Steph’s aussie and is a lawyer by trade. We are super laid back and chill as a house and looking for the same type of person to join us (kind, thoughtful, respectful, relaxed).
You will take over the lease from Johnny, our exiting flatmate - the lease runs until December 2026 but we’re likely to extend after that.
