Set in a converted textiles building, the flat has high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that bring in loads of natural light. The open plan living space is fully furnished, with a large comfy sofa, a dining table that seats 8 and a balcony with great city skyline views.

The bathroom is modern and finished to a high standard and is shared with just one other housemate.

Cosy bedroom, unfurnished. Option to buy current furniture (queen bed, virtually new mattress, wardrobe) for £300 for an easy move in (originally bought for £864).
Top floor (4th floor) with no lift - worth noting for day to day and moving in.

Living with Sarah (38) and Melissa (33) – we’re friends who’ve lived here for 5 years (met in Australia 8 years ago), from London and Essex. Easygoing, social, and respectful of space. It’s not a party house, however on rare occasions we do have people back here after a night out.
