Large double bedroom in modern duplex, right next to London Fields
I am sadly moving out of my gorgeous room, right next to London Fields, and am looking for somebody to take over the tenancy. I have loved living here and am only moving out to move in with my partner.
The flat is split across two levels, on the first and second floor of the building. There are two bedrooms (one with en-suite) and a bathroom on the first floor, and an open plan kitchen/living space and third bedroom on the second floor.
The entrance to the building is on the ground floor and is shared with one other flat, and there is a single flight of stairs up to the front door of the flat.
The flat itself is large and bright, with high ceilings and also has a good sized terrace, which is perfect during the summer!
🏠 Room:
The room is a fully furnished large double on the first floor, with lots of storage including a double bed with underneath storage, two bedside tables with draws, a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
You will be sharing a bathroom with one other - the bathroom is modern and includes a bath/shower.
👯♀️ Housemates:
You will be living with Izzy and Krishma, both 29-year-old female working professionals. The girls have been friends since school, so the vibe is very chilled in the flat. Izzy works in PR and Krishma works in Financial Services. They both work from the office 2/3 days a week, and the remaining days WFH. Outside of work, they are both into the gym/fitness but equally love a pub trip of trying out local food spots at the weekend! The girls are both sociable and respectful of the flat - please note, whilst we do host the odd pre-drinks/dinner party, this is not a party flat!

- 15 mins walk to Victoria Park

The flat is in a prime location with lots of great pubs, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance.
🗒️ Admin:
- Rent is £1,300 pcm (excluding bills)
- Bills come to roughly £130 a month, this can vary slightly
- The room is available from 31st May however, the tenancy would begin on 12th June
- We all really value having a clean and tidy space, so we have a weekly cleaning rota. Each week, one person cleans the communal areas (no set day, so just whenever you can!)
✨ You:
We are looking for a female working professional of around a similar age (aged 28-31), who is respectful and clean and will treat the flat like a home. We would love somebody who is sociable but also has their own friends in London.
