Sublet (flexible - 1-4 months) London Fields

I am moving out of my great share flat in London Fields and looking for someone to sublet my room for 1-4 months (could be longer). I have 1 month left of the lease so I need someone to take the room for at least 1 month, however, my flat mates will likely stay in the flat for an additional 2 or 3 months and therefore the room could be available for up to 4 months (they might move back to Aus but aren’t sure yet hence why the room might be available for longer). You would need to be able to take it for at least 1 month and they could get someone else in for the additional months if necessary. The room is ideally unfurnished, however, could be furnished if this is a dealbreaker.

The flat is in a great location, 2 mins walk from London fields!! So many great bars, pubs, cafes and parks around. You would be sharing with a couple- Kat (she/her), 39, Australian (Lawyer), and Gerda (they/them), 38, originally from Lithuania but has grown up in the UK. They are great to live with! Sooo chilled and lovely, love a chat but they won’t be annoying if you don’t want to chat haha.

The flat is 3 bedroom, so the third bedroom
Is a study with a desk, computer screens etc for if you work from home. The flat has a balcony, spacious and clean kitchen and bathroom. The house is very clean, has everything you need. The whole flat is very bright and airy with big windows and loads of natural light.

The room is a decent size double room and is very bright and airy with lots of natural light too.

Ideally looking for girls/gays/theys (basically just not straight cis men.. sorry!).
