The flat is excellently located 5mins walk from Highbury and Islington station (Victoria line and overground) and under a mile from Angel station (Northern line)
Just off Upper Street (a 2 minute walk to main Upper Street) and near to Essex Road.

The flat has a very good sized kitchen which has a dining table in it. The living room is large. The flat benefits from super fast broadband and sky tv. The area is safe and pleasant with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants around.

I am looking for someone to takeover ideally 19th September 2019 and the contract will run until April 2020. However we can accommodate move in dates from The start of September if need be.
