Beautiful double room in a 3 bed flat in Haggerston on Regents Canal. Our room has a spectacular view of the city, in a fantastic area with good transport links (Bus and Overground line).

We are moving out of our room to live with friends, and we will be very sad to say goodbye to our view. We have had a great year here, but are ready to try something new.

Current Tenants:
We share this 3 bed flat with 1 couple, 1 single. We often do things as a group, go out for dinner with our landlord who is lovely, have BBQ's in the summer, cook meals together etc. We also respect each others privacy and solitude of an evening.

The Flat:
We are on the 4th floor, with beautiful views of the city. There is a large shared living and kitchen space, huge comfortable sofa, plenty of cupboard and fridge space, a playstation, large TV and a balcony. We also have a porch area on our floor which nobody else uses, with a coat rack and space to store a bike if needed.

The Room:
The room has ample storage, large double height built in wardrobe as well as a separate shaving unit. The bed and mattress are also included, and very comfortable. (In the pictures you can see we have added a small chest of drawers that fit perfectly, as well as a squared shelving unit - both of which we will be taking with us). All 3 of the rooms are en-suites, hot powerful showers with storage cupboard and shelving.

The Price:
The room is 1300 for a single and 1350 for a couple, all bills included. We currently don't have a tv package but we have used netflix/now tv.

-Good bus links to London Bridge, Waterloo, Liverpool St,
-Walking distance to Haggerston station
-Walking distance to Old Street, Angel, Dalston, Hoxton, Shoreditch etc
- The contract requires you to give 2 months notice

I think that covers everything, happy to do viewings in the evenings.
