Looking for someone to take my amazing mezzanine bedroom and you’ll be sharing the flat with wonderful Janice from California. Whoever takes my room will replace me on the contract and we’re somewhat flexible on the move-in date. It’s a lovely space to make your new home, and close to restaurants and coffeeshops. A small dog is allowed if you have one, and a parking spot is also available. I’m still sorting out whether I’ll take the room furniture, can be discussed.
Council tax comes to £90 each a month, gas/elec is about £30 and so is internet.
