HUGE double room in flat on De Beauvoir Road

Please see attached my beautiful room and flat avalaible for rent from the end of July.

The flat is situated on the highly desirable and quirky De Beauvoir Road. The tree lined streets have nearby bus stops to Shoreditch, Highbury and into the City. Dalston junction is the closest overground, 5 min walk away. The regents canal is a 7 min walk down the road with lots of great local pubs and restaurants within a stones throw (Stoke Newington, Angel, Hoxton - to name a few areas)

The flat is a large raised ground floor flat. It has a large kitchen living room and a modern bathroom with a rain shower. The room itself is around 5 x 4.5m in size which means it can easily suit a desk if working from home was required. It also has great light throughout the day if thats your thing.

I am moving in with my girlfriend before the tenancy agreement is up therefore I would like to get someone like minded and easy going to take on this room. The current flatmate Alex is a sociable and fun guy who will make a great housemate. We are looking to fill the room with someone who would be keen for an occasional beer and have common interests in exercise, sports, reading, eating out etc. We have always kept the household clean and tidy and would like someone who will respect the flat as their own when they move in

The room comes semi-furnished however I would consider leaving more furniture in the room if it was required.
Bills are not included however are relatively cheap. May bills were circa £50. We also have a cleaner that comes for 2 hours once every 2 weeks to keep the place nice and clean.
