Double room on lodging basis available

I am looking for a lodger for a double bedroom in a central location, in between Angel & King's Cross (about 10 minutes walk to each).
Room is fully furnished, incl use of bedding/linen/towels, plus communal spaces (bathroom/kitchen/living room/balcony/toilet/bathroom) and whatever you want to use in the kitchen (crockery/cutlery/etc), and living room (video games/DVDs).
You would be sharing the flat with me (postgraduate student).
All bills included, but please note there is no cleaner (I will tidy the communal areas).
Payment every month in advance, terms (like how long you want to the room) can be negotiated. Minimum period 1 month.
Women strongly preferred. No couples, no smoking inside, no parties. Pets can be considered. Ideal lodger someone who is laid-back but respectful & wants to explore London.
