Double Room - N1

Hi,

We are currently looking for a new lovely flatmate to join our apartment in Hoxton, 1 min away from Shoreditch Park. The room will be available at the end of September.

The Apartment

This is a well-equipped, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms apartment (you will share the bathroom with 1 person only 👍) with a very nice living room/kitchen area. There you will find the usual appliances and a very handy dishwasher. Connected to the living room there is also a balcony where sometimes we try to grow some plants.
Most of the apartment is south facing and that means that is generally quite bright (London weather permitting).

The Bedroom

Your room will be a nice and bright double room and will have just a double bed with some storage below. Plenty of room for you to add some furniture and decorate.

The rent will be £750 and the bills are around £60.
Before moving in, you'll need to pass some relatively light reference checks done, after which you will join our tenancy agreement. It will be a 12-month tenancy with a break clause of 6 months.

The Flatmates

You will be sharing the apartment with us 3 (a couple and a female - Italian, Spanish/Moroccan, French), all professionals in our middle/late twenties. We were friends a while ago before we decided to move together and would really like to find a like-minded person to join our group. We have different interests such as climbing, cycling, dancing, eating good food, playing games and watching movies/series in our awesome living room.

Two of us are currently mostly working from home (in the living room) but it’s generally a calm place to live. We try to keep it clean and tidy, and we hope you could help us with that.

On Sundays, we usually make homemade pizza! But also on other days, we like to have a chat/watch/eat things together but are also respectful of each other's space.

We like to have friends over and like the occasional party but don’t want a party house. We respect each other and are just mindful of everyone’s sleep. 😊

We're keen to find people with whom we have some things in common - no students/couples sorry. So say a bit about yourself, what you do for fun and/or money, and we can sort out a viewing!

We aim to arrange viewings as soon as possible to see the apartment and we will then organise some drinks to get to know our future flatmate.
