I'm moving out of London and am now looking for a person working in the creative industry to take over this room.

The room comes furnished (1 desk, 1 wardrobe, cupboard, double bed with mattress, bedside table).
We have a really nice landlady who is open to chat about ideas and furniture changes. No agency involved!

We are animators and motion designers working in the film / entertainment industry and are looking for somebody who also works in the creative industry.
We tend to work from home which has been bliss the last 2 years and tend to spend a lot of time in the flat and together.

Nightlife very close by (1 min to XOYO, 5 mins to VILLAGE UNDERGROUND, TROY BAR for jazz events, 3 very cool pubs immediately around the flat)
Tennis + Basketball courts in public garden across street.

Very close to Old Street Station and Shoreditch and Hoxton. Ideal location for cultural activities, lots of green parks around as well.
