The room is a [double/single] bedroom, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk. The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and is kept in good condition. The flatmates are respectful and keep the place fairly quiet.

Located in central- falls in the middle of Hoxton and Shoreditch with excellent transport links —10 minute walk to Old Street Station, and there are shops, cafés, and an Aldi (14 min walk) nearby.
Don’t have to pay for council tax or internet, just need to pay for utility bills (in the months of October to December I paid £94 in total).
