It has great transport links, 15 min walk from King's Cross station and 10 min walk from Caledonian Road and Barnsbury overground, with frequent buses on nearby Caledonian Road and York Way.
The three other tenants are 2 men and 1 woman, all quiet and respectful working professionals, ages 23-31.
