Hi there,
Lovely flat in the heart of De Beauvoir on Southgate road, close to transport links such as the Victoria line in Highbury & Islington station and short work to Haggerston station for the overground. The flat is a 2x2 with the room available with an ensuite. It has a spacious living room and big back yard.
A bit about us, myself and my partner are both 30 year old professionals who are respectful of other peoples space while also looking to maintain the homely environment we have fostered with our current roommates when they move out! We love a pint at the local or a wine at home and we do cook a bit in the lovely kitchen at the house!
We're looking for a couple or the right single to be locked in by this weekend (20th/21st) for an April move in date (Can be flexible). The landlord requires all the proper checks (references and the right to rent) which will need to be sorted ASAP.
