The room is in a light, stunning and contemporary 2 double bedroom duplex apartment with an extensive roof terrace, arranged over the top 2 floors of a secure gated development. The communal areas (including kitchen) are fully equipped/furnished/decorated, so would suit someone without loads of their own stuff.

Old Street Underground (Northern Line) is the closest station, also walking distance to Angel, Hoxton, Shoreditch and moments from the Regents Canal.

I am often busy with work, interests and socialising with friends & family - looking to share with someone who is also independent and has their own thing going on outside of the flat, but happy to catch up and sometimes share dinner, a glass of wine or Netflix binge together.

In addition to the monthly rent, contribution to bills are £100pcm.
