Bright, cosy double room between Angel and Old St

Lovely double room available wedged between Angel and Old Street, minutes from McDonalds, ace pubs, and Shoreditch Park (amongst other vices). We are looking for a lovely individual. The room is available from August.

About the House: It's an ex-council house, with the house split over 3 levels with a kitchen and living room on the ground floor and 2 floors each with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, with an additional room in the attic. We have internet (a worry if we didn't) and one big bathroom with a small loo downstairs. One room has an ensuite which breaks the shower up between 4.

We have a garden that has hosted a fair few dinner parties and shindigs.
We have a cleaner who comes weekly, which helps keep the house in order.

About the Room: It's an extremely sun-filled, cosy room (the brightest in the house!) with a double bed and wardrobe. Rent is £490, bills not included (the bills = council tax, gas, electricity, cleaner, internet and misc house products averaging around £60/month).

About us: There are 3 of us, all doing lots of different things: 2 of us works in fashion, 1 a journalist.

You will be housemate number 4.

We are looking for a sociable person who likes to share a meal and a brew as much as we do. We would like someone clean, considerate and conscientious.

We try to make the sharing of space an easy and enjoyable thing, we're all super busy but want a home we look forward to coming back to! We like to hang out together, and have the occasional soiree!
