A sunny botanical inspired double room with separate zones for sleeping & dining. Lots storage & 2 large windows overlooking a pretty London street.

In a red brick Victorian house with shared open plan kitchen overlooking the garden.

You will share the family bathroom with me. The other lodger has her own shower area.
I am a friendly creative who loves interiors and always has a project on the go.

My hobbies include calligraphy and reading. I love live music & going to festivals too.

The house is very artistic and loved.
It would suit someone who is respectful and looks after their environment. I clean the communal areas, you would need to clean your own room. We also have a gorgeous cat. He spends most of his day outside but he’s very friendly.

Location:

Nuffield gym, 5 minutes walk away literally at the top of the road.

7 mins walk to New Southgate overground station (20 to 30 mins into Moorgate and King’s Cross or Highbury).
Piccadilly line tube at Arnos Grove or Bounds Green and 24 hr bus route (43) into central London.
Great green spaces nearby.
Artistic Cafes and restaurants, 20 minutes away in Muswell Hill. Wonderful views at Alexandra Palace, only one stop away on the overground train. Ideal location for events & festival that are held there!

£900 a month, including all bills (& washing machine use).
The room has its own microwave, kettle and small fridge for convenience. You will also share the main kitchen and the family bathroom (with just me).
The bed frame & mattress with mattress protector are brand new so are fresh and clean.

The room is available from the 10th January. It would suit someone who is working or studying in Central or North London.
