The house is a 7 minute walk from Woodside Park Tube Station which sits on the Northern Line, making this the ideal location for travel into the city. There are also a number of open spaces and parks, great for exercise or picnics in the summer.

The landlord is friendly and approachable, with any questions or problems sorted immediately. There is a cleaner who comes twice a month. Council tax is included in the rent but domestic bills are not included and are paid by housemates and come to around £100 quarterly (every 3 months).
