Located at the grand floor of our house it is fully furnished. Our house is a very modernised 2 floor house. We prefure our tenant to use microwave and oven for cooking Not the stove. The tenant can use the fridge kettle washing mashine and everything else. All kitchen Equitment are available. The area of my house is really usefull
5-10 minutes walk to southgate station which all the transport and shopping facilities are available. There is also the bus W9 that you can take across the road of my house that goes straight to southgate and enfield town. I am a very clean and tidy person I will be expecting the same from my tenant please. Also I will like to inform my tenant that I will like the one month rent in front and a deposit of ££200 in front in total it will be ££600. All bills are included. We will like a female tenant please and, DSS is NOT accepted. I will like a tenant as soon as possible. Females preferred. Looking forward to meet our new tenant. Regards
