Nice double room in huge house,

The house is very large and has lots of great features such as a pool table and a sauna,

There are 4 of us at the moment, MJ(me), Michael, Lukas and Luke,

We're pretty normal easy going guys, keep the place clean and tidy, we're all quite busy but we hang out in the front room watching movies and netflix in the evenings and a few drinks the weekend, looking to find someone similar,

Bills are not included so we split them up, all told including water, gas, electric, internet and council tax bills come to roughly £85

So £635 a month all in, no desposit needed
