Hello! We have a double room coming up in our friendly and creative warehouse - available on the 3rd of August.

The room:
A tall, spacious room with a mezzanine bed. Always easy to pick up furniture from the local area and you can decorate to suit your taste.

The cost:
Rent is £700 inclusive of bills including internet.
We also have a £10 per month kitty money for the communal and household supplies.

Communal space:
Large and very light kitchen/living room with an electric hob and washing machine. We have a communal workspace as well as a more relaxed living room. The mezzanine in the living gives us a cute hide-out or extra desk space when we need it. We’re always looking for ways to improve the space both indoors and outdoors so it would suit someone that likes to get creative with the space and make it your own.

Current housemates:
We are a lovely house of 8 (including you!), a creative bunch, majority Queer and all in our mid 20's. A mixture of 9-5 and freelance workers so we are all on different schedules which means there are always people around when you need them. We really enjoy spending time together, going for a drink or cooking up a big breakfast.

The neighbourhood:
The road and the area are friendly and there’s always something going on! Parties and events. There’s also a local pub - New River Studios that does amazing pizzas and Milk is just next door for emergency coffee needs.

Transport:
We’re 10 minutes from Manor house (Piccadilly), Seven sisters (victoria) And the overground at Stamford Hill. There’s a big Sainsbury’s and Aldi nearby and we are round the corner from the lovely Finsbury Park.

We are looking for someone on a similar vibe - keen to hang out and become part of the house with a family-like atmosphere. LGBTQIA+ friendly and anti-racist. Unfortunately no pets or couples.
