Large Double Room In Converted Warehouse

We have a very big room available in our warehouse flat for someone who is looking for a long-term room and wants to be part of a home.

The current tenant is sadly leaving after 5 years with us to work outside of London.

THE AREA:
We're located in the Harringay Warehouse District, a collection of converted warehouses in North London filled with creatives and other people who enjoy communal living. It's a great place to meet people and make new connections, especially through the creative workspaces and our local bar New River Studios. Every week you can expect to find live music, drop-in pottery sessions, quilting workshops, life drawing and more. It's well connected within walking distance of the Piccadilly Line, Victoria Line and the Overground (soon to be Weaver Line). It also sits on the New River path, connecting you to Finsbury Park, Clissold Park, the Woodberry Wetlands Nature Reserve and Castle Climbing Centre all within a short walk (or run!)

THE ROOM:
The room is a large double with a skylight, and also the largest bedroom in the flat. It comes with bed & mattress but they can be removed if you have your own stuff. There is more than enough space to divide the room into sleeping/workspace areas, great for anyone who requires space for work, hobbies, yoga etc.

This is a warehouse, but built like a 'real' flat, so NO cardboard walls, mezzanines or ladders! Outside there is a large yard that we take care of, filled with potted plants, benches to sit on and a barbeque that we make use of during the summer.

THE FLATMATES:
You'd be living with one guy and three girls all in their 30s (from the UK, Finland, Italy & Spain), working in journalism, TV, healthcare and graphic design. Most of the household is veggie/vegan. You'll also share the home with a friendly and rather large 4-year-old cat. For this reason, we can't accept any other pets.

We're not a 'party house' and won't be hosting any raves here, but most of the housemates like to go out on the weekends to parties or events nearby and we like to invite close friends to hang out in our living room from time to time. However, we always respect noise levels! We also enjoy cooking together and getting together for movie nights during the week,
