Double room in relaxed Seven Sisters house

Double room in two-bed house off St Ann’s Rd in Seven Sisters, living with easy-going landlady and my dog Zeek.

The house is large open-plan downstairs with a cosy living room & tv area, and a dining table in the kitchen. One bathroom/toilet upstairs and another toilet downstairs.
There’s also a private back garden where it’s nice to sit out and catch some sun!

Seven sisters tube and overground is 10 mins walk away, there’s three parks nearby, and it’s 15 mins walk to Harringay green lanes high street.
I’ve lived here almost 4 years now and there’s great cafes, pubs and restaurants about, amazing Turkish especially.

I’m a yoga teacher so not typical 9-5 hours, I work some evenings and on Saturdays. I’m up earlyish with the dog and usually in bed by 11pm so it’s a nice relaxed rhythm.
I’m sociable so it would be nice to get to know each other, and I’ve been meaning to invite friends round more so if you’re up for a few tv nights / dinner parties and otherwise looking for a chilled, friendly homespace this would be a good match!
I’ve put no smokers but for the right person it wouldn’t be a big issue as happy with smoking outside.

Also would suit a dog-lover of course! Zeek is a medium large-sized dog who’s well behaved and rarely barks. He loves to do dog stuff like eat bones and dig holes in the garden ;)

The room comes fully furnished and with large built-in double wardrobes. I’m happy to move the bed, chest of drawers etc. out for someone who has their own furniture too.
There’s also shelves and storage to put your things in the kitchen and downstairs.
The room is available from 21 September or potentially sooner, then on a standard 6-months minimum running contract.

Bills aren’t included and typically come to £150 a month so it’s about £800 a month all in.
