We’re looking for a female lodger to join our warm, calm, and welcoming family home. The flat is ideally located between Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) and Seven Sisters (Victoria Line) stations — both reachable within a 5–10 minute bus ride or a comfortable walk.

This location is perfect for commuters, students, and frequent travellers, offering step-free access and excellent transport connections across London and beyond:
• 15 minutes by bus to Tottenham Hale Station, with direct access to the Stansted Express
• Direct Piccadilly Line from Turnpike Lane to Heathrow Airport
• Fast, easy travel to Central London and major universities via the Victoria and Piccadilly Lines

• A relatively new double bed and mattress (with mattress protector)

You’ll be sharing a brand-new kitchen and bathroom with us. This is our family home, and we’re looking for someone quiet, respectful, and tidy, with a similar routine. Please note we are also fragrance free household however I have included all the fragrance free products so don’t need to purchase if you are happy with.

Please note:
• No parties
• No overnight guests or partners staying over

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you’re welcome to use all kitchen utensils, cookware, and appliances, saving you the cost and hassle of buying your own.
