Vegan house share in Tottenham

Hi! We (4 vegans and two cats) are looking for a new housemate. We live in a mid-terrace house 3 minutes' walk from Tottenham Hale station (on the Victoria line -- yes, night tube! -- which is 10 minutes to Kings Cross). We've got a garden (with lots of veg), wooden floors, a massive kitchen, lounge, loft space for storage, 5 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a 2nd separate toilet and 2nd separate shower.
The room comes with a queen size bed, shelves, and a decent size chest of drawers. There's also a small desk and chair that you could use.
Accessibility: one step up in through the door; the room is up a flight and a half of stairs. One toilet and shower is on the ground floor.
Rent is £470 plus bills per month.
We're open to vegan housemates of all genders and sexualities. Generally between work, studies, and other things we all have our own lives, but are up for the odd bbq and hanging out if we're around!
Tottenham is a great multicultural area to live -- lots of community activities and a growing arts scene, among other cool things. We're just down the street from a shopping centre (Lidl, Iceland, Asda Living, Argos, etc.) and a short walk from Tottenham High Road (a giant Tesco, Superdrug, Holland & Barrett, Aldi, plus lots of other little shops). There are multiple gyms nearby and we're near the canal and various other bits of nature if you like to be outside! Tottenham has a great street food market on Sundays that always seems to have multiple stalls selling delicious vegan things too. The Stansted Express goes from Tottenham Hale too, so convenient for all the budget travelers out there.
