2-bedroom Victorian house, with south-facing back garden, located in a quite street with no through traffic, nearest tube Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line) or Seven Sisters (Victoria line).

There's a living room, a big kitchen with dining room and a shared bathroom. A small garden at the front, a bigger garden at the back with a shed. Plus storage space in the loft.

From the front door you can literally see the bus stop, as well as the local Sainsbury’s and Tesco. There’s also a 24hr shop right opposite Tesco, but no traffic in front of the property as the street is closed off and pedestrian access only from the main road.

The room is cosy, comes with a double bed and wardrobes. Plenty of light, you can see the sunset from the window, which is on the first floor and looks into the back garden, so you’ll hear no traffic sounds even with window wide open.
This room is the only one in the house with double glazing window, so it's never cold.

I’m Francesco, from Italy, and Susanne is from Brazil, we are looking for a professional (preferably not working from home) that enjoys living in a clean and tidy environment.

We both come from hot weathered and "happy" countries and we love people with a positive outlook on life, we are very sociable but at the same time we value highly privacy and peace.
We love watching movies, playing games, listening music, going to the park roller skating. And we enjoy Sunday trips when the weather allows!
