Room available in converted warehouse

We have a room available in our converted warehouse in Manor house.
The warehouse has been established as a home for over 10 years and accommodates 7 people and a cat called Snufkin. We are creative professionals in our mid twenties to early thirties, not massive party animals the warehouse is homely and managed by me the live in lease holder. We have two bathrooms with showers & a bath {so the bathroom to people ratio is pretty good.} We have a sizeable kitchen & living room, space at the front to park bikes & we back on to a green area, which serves as our back garden with a small vegetable patch.
Tubes, buses and over ground trains connect us to central London & Hackney including a night bus stop 2 min's walk from our door. The room has an internal window, it comes with a double bed & mattress and some other furnature if required. The rent includes all utility bills, council tax and Internet.
We cannot accommodate couples, nor can we take on any more animals, we are looking for someone who is clean, tidy & respectful, doesn't mind smoking outside & enjoys communal living.
