The room is spacious with a skylight, so is nice and bright. Unfurnished to make your own. The flat is an industrial warehouse conversion, split-level with double-height ceilings. It’s 2 bedroom with a really large, open plan living space. There are big windows across 2 walls which get the sun from morning until evening.

There is central heating so is very warm. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and modern. There is workspace for 3 people. We live in a creative warehouse community with friendly neighbours. New River studios is next door which makes great pizza. The flat is only 2 bedroom so you’ll be living with just me. I am a fashion designer, very friendly, chilled, quiet, clean and tidy. There are also two adorable cats Onyx and Opal. I need someone that is happy to feed, cuddle and change litter when I’m occasionally travelling.

Located in zone 2, N15. Manor House station is an 8 min walk which is on the Piccadilly line giving speedy access to central London. There is also private parking outside. Finsbury Park, Clissold Park or Woodberry wetlands lake are a 5-10 minute walk.
