Warehouse Sublet April 29- June 6

Hey There! We have a double room for sublet in our friendly warehouse near Tottenham Hale/Seven Sisters. April 29-June 6. £30 a night or £1170 for the whole time.
Our room has tons of natural light, sofa, tv, plants and we'd clear drawers etc for you to settle in. There's extra work space in the back should you need it.

Our housemates are close-knit, friendly, considerate and all around lovely people where you would be more than welcome to join in the fun.
We are all in our late 20s to early 40s, musicians, designers, artists, journalists, film-makers, prop designers, plus a big fluffy cat. We like to have fun but we are not a party house and we like to keep things clean and tidy.
The House - 10 studios in total, a massive shared workspace, an equally large kitchen with granite worktops, 5 ring range cooker, bathroom and shower room, laundry room, separate toilet and access to storage in the hallways.
The Location - Situated in the Fountayne Road area, it is great for joining a community with like minded individuals. Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale is 5 mins walk where you're 15 minutes from Kings Cross on the Victoria line, 20 minutes to Liverpool Street by train, buses to everywhere and 5 minutes walk to the canal if boats or nature are your thing.
