4 double rooms £700 and £850 in Tottenham Hale

Room 1 and 2 (identical) £850 part 1

Hello! We currently have four rooms available in our warehouse on Fountayne Rd £700x2 and £850x2
The rooms is good sizes. It is for single occupancy only (sorry, no couples). It comes unfurnished and you are free to paint/decorate it however you like. Both £850 rooms have external window to get some natural lighting.
Bills are included. We are also in the process of setting up a kitty that would go towards cleaning supplies and general stuff for the house. So please be open to contribution.

The warehouse itself has 3 bathrooms, a large fully stocked kitchen, open plan dining/sitting room, workspace area and bike storage space.
We are ideally looking for someone considering a longer term let and wanting to become part of the household.
Some housemates work 9-5 jobs, some from home so during the week the house is very quiet and chilled. We usually all do our own thing but we like to have the occasional house dinner. We are not your typical party warehouse, we are open to having friends over and playing music and overall noise. However, you are responsible for your guests so please clean up after yourselves respectful others communal space.

The area is very well connected. Walking distance to Tottenhamhale, Seven Sisters. It also has a great sense of community with lots to do and get involved with.
We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful who’s happy to pitch in around the house and ideally has some experience with communal living. If you think you’d be a good fit get in touch with a bit about yourself.
We will be holding viewings over the 28th and 29th and will aim to see as many suitable people as possible.
Move in date will be start of March however we will alow some flexibility for the right person.
