I’m looking for somebody to take over my tenancy ASAP in my flat (maisonette)! It’s a 15min walk to Seven Sisters station and is a really nice place on a nice road, with an amazing landlord. There are bus stops nearby (67, 141, 29, 341 and more).

You’ll be living with two guys (students both studying music production & dj performance). You do not need to be a student to live here though! I’ve put the flatmates in the listing as non-smokers but they do vape. They’re both chill and nice guys, really great to live with :)

It’s £966.66 a month (bills not included but they’re relatively cheap), and needs one month’s deposit and a guarantor.

Listed as furnished as flat is fully furnished but you will need to provide bedding & pillows! Room also comes with chest of drawers not pictured. The cupboards in the room are huge, there’s so much storage!! The room is large.

The place has 2 bathrooms, one downstairs (pictured) directly opposite this room and one upstairs. There is a bike shed nearby, a corner shop a 2 minute walk away, and a nearby park.

Tenancy ends 31st August but flatmates are potentially open to renewing for another year depending on how everything goes! Move in will be ASAP.
