A spacious and comfortable double room is becoming available in our friendly all-female house share in Turnpike Lane (N15).

I’m only leaving because I’m relocating to another area of London closer to my work. Otherwise I would happily stay here - it’s genuinely a peaceful and comfortable home and the girls (housemates) are really lovely! ☺️😊

The room is available soon (finalising the date, please message me yours availability) and we’re looking for a friendly female who would enjoy living in a calm and respectful home.

🛏 The Double Room with a lot of storage space!!! 😍🙏

The room itself is very bright and spacious, located on the first floor of the house with two large windows that bring in lots of natural light during the day.
The windows face a very quiet residential road with a small green area outside, so it feels very peaceful and you can sleep really well at night.
This large double room has wooden flooring, and recently renovated.

The room comes fully furnished, including:

• Comfortable double bed with a new medium-firm mattress (really great for your back! I personally love it 😍😴),
• 2 large wardrobes (one is with sliding doors) with really plenty of storage,
• 2 big and 1 small drawers with lots of space for personal items on top as well (which are beautifully protected with a thick glass top-cover),
• A wide desk and chair, perfect if you sometimes work from home or have your own stuff (laptop, makeup, creams, etc 😊),
• Extra storage space under the bed and above the wardrobes (why not? extra space is nice to have).

There is honestly a lot of storage, so it’s easy to keep the room organised and comfortable.

🏡 The House

The house is clean, warm and well maintained, and it feels much more like a home than a typical house share. 🙃

There are 4 rooms in total, and you would be sharing with 3 friendly girls who all work different schedules, so the house feels calm and never crowded.

Everyone is respectful and considerate, and very peaceful and friendly, I love the atmosphere here, and we keep the house tidy with a simple weekly cleaning rota where each person helps with a small task (like kitchen/living room/bathroom/bins to do weekly), team work 😊🙌 and anyways we all keep it clean after each of us, and we have a whatsapp group where we help each other if there is some delivery or anything, friendly team work you know.

The house includes:

• A fully equipped kitchen with electric hob + oven, microwave, kettle and fridge/freezer.
• Washing machine (and drying racks are available for clothes in the living room).
• A comfortable living room with sofa and dining table with chairs.
• Shared bathroom with a shower 🚿
• Private rear garden at the back of the house.
• Fast broadband (recently upgraded router -> WiFi 6 😊)
• Heating system that keeps the house warm and cosy.

You would be living with 3 professional girls (20s & 30s), international, respectful and friendly house! ☺️☺️☺️

They’re polite, calm and respectful people, and everyone values a peaceful home environment. It’s a really nice balance where people are friendly but also respect each other’s space. ☺️

Non-smoking household.
No pets. No couples, sorry :)

📍 Location

The location is honestly super convenient.

The house is only 1–2 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane Underground Station (Piccadilly Line), which makes getting around London very easy!

From here you can reach Central London in about 25–30 minutes, (on Fridays and Saturdays it runs all night, the Piccadilly Line).

There are also many buses nearby, including the 91 and 141, which go directly towards central London, very comfortable (I use them a lot when not in rush🙃).

Within just a few minutes walk you’ll find:

• Tesco, Sainsbury’s, (big) Lidl, ...
• Savers, Poundland and other useful shops,
• Wood Green Shopping Centre - Primark, JD Sports, TK Maxx and many more!!
• Lots of cafés like Costa cafe, restaurants and takeaways along the High Road,
• Gym, parks and green spaces nearby.

So everything you need is really close by. Very comfortable!
