I am looking for a lovely female to take over my room as I’m sadly returning to my home country. The room is a spacious double with beautiful high ceilings and original features that give it a wonderful, airy feel.

- Charming rattan table and chair set—perfect for a quiet morning tea!

Extra items for sale: If you need a workspace, I’m selling my IKEA desk, office chair, and yellow trolley at a very friendly price. I also have a bicycle available if you’d like to cycle around the area!

🪞 A Creative & Peaceful Home
You will be sharing this lovely house with the landlady only. She is a talented fashion designer and teacher, and honestly the kindest and most supportive person I’ve met in London. Whether you’re new to North London or just need a local guide, she is wonderful to live with. She’s very friendly but also deeply respects your privacy and quiet time.

🪴 Rare Private Garden
A massive bonus is our private garden! It has a BBQ and outdoor chairs, making it a dream spot for the upcoming summer. If you enjoy gardening, you are more than welcome to get creative and plant your own flowers or herbs.

🚃 Location & Transport
The house is on a quiet, residential street with a real community feel, creative neighbours, and even some friendly local cats.

- Transport: A 12-minute walk to Seven Sisters Station, giving you fast access to the Victoria Line and the Weaver Line (the best line for Central London!). Alternatively, the 67 bus is just nearby.
- Green Spaces: Very close to Chestnuts Park for fresh air and walks, and conveniently located near St Ann’s Hospital.

📝 The Details
- Rent: £1,000 per month (All bills & Internet included)
- Deposit: £1,000 (1 month's rent)
- Available: From the 3rd week of April
- Contract: My current term ends on September 18th, but there is an option to sign a brand new contract with the landlady for a longer stay.
- Facilities: Shared living room with comfy sofa, shared bathroom/toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.
