Double room in amazing East London Warehouse

We have a lovely double room to rent in a homely Seven Sisters warehouse. It's £485 per month (all bills included!) so great value in a creative warehouse community.

The house:

It's a big quirky warehouse full of odd trinkets built up over the years. There's a communal space with lots of comfy couches, a projector for watching movies, a map of Europe that we're slowly completing, a breakfast bar, a hot desk for working, and a small garden that we've recently built but is failing to take off. Admin is a breeze as one of the housemates looks after all the bills so it's just matter of paying him once a month.

The room:

It's a gem. spacious with space to sleep and work. You'll have a double bed with a brand new mattress and lots of storage space too.

The location:

We live in a big warehouse community on Fountayne Road. Our neighbours are great and we often get together for parties and BBQs on the weekend. There's a brilliant Irish pub round the corner which puts on local music nights and a retail park with all big supermarkets (don't shop at Tesco) five minutes away. The area is also great for transport links with Seven Sisters tube (Victoria line), South Tottenham, and Tottenham Hale train station all within 5-10 mins walk. You can get into central in 20 mins which is a big plus if working in the city. We're also beside two parks and a big canal so great for running and cycling.

Who you'll be living with:

You'll be sharing with ten fantastic people. There's a video producer, animator, chef, art student, photographer, social worker, dream weaver, fishmonger, and artist. We're all very sociable and regularly cook group meals, do stuff on the weekends, and constantly rip the piss out of each other.

Who we're looking for:

We've all become great friends from living here so we're looking for someone social who's not a stranger to making a round of tea. It's an older house (early - mid twenties) and we all work so we'd like to live with someone who's over 22 and has a job (of some description).

There's usually someone around during the day so just ring the numbers below and we'll sort something out.
