Room in a Musical Warehouse

Hi my name is Denis I sing in a band called Imperial Leisure, I took over two warehouse's near Manor House tube station so that I could make music and live with my band and other musicians.

My idea was to take over old industrial space and turn it into something music enthusiasts such as my self could us for rehearsing, recording and living in.

How it works; We have bedrooms you can live in and studios you can use to make music. Some of the spaces are big enough to do both. Some of the studios are used just by bands to rehearse in. Rent includes all bills so nothing extra to pay.

This place is ideal for a music student or established musicians looking for something more flexible and affordable to live and work in. Not everyone here makes music we have some writers, travelers and artist here to, who enjoy being in a creative environment as apposed to just a regular flat.
