1 x large optionally furnished double room with king-size bed (+ mattress) available in 3 bed garden flat between Manor House and Turnpike Lane in Harringay from 24th Feb to around mid-April.

A good sized kitchen (with plenty of storage space, washing machine, dishwasher, and a lovely bar stool)

A large bathroom with separate powerful & temperature-consistent shower

A decked garden/patio at the rear.

If you have bits and pieces that you'd rather not keep in your room then there's quite a bit of space in the attic too.

From the flat you can be in central London in no time at all. I work in Farringdon and it takes me 35-40 mins door-to-door. 29, 141 & 341 buses stop 2 mins away from the front door. Piccadilly line (and fast connection to Victoria line at Finsbury Park), overground rail from Harringay station and London Overground from Harringay Green Lanes station make for easy connections to anywhere.

Your flatmates will be Tom, stand-up comic extraordinaire, and Heather, Canadian cool-cat (not a real cat I must stress but those with real cats would be welcome), arguably the two most chilled, tidy and considerate people I've ever lived with.

Couples welcome with an adjusted price.

Broadband included. Other bills + council tax approx £100 in total.

Bonus: no agency fees/dealings as this is a private short let before the flat sells.

4 weeks notice period & 2 weeks deposit (£350) payable before moving in.
