Stylish Double in Friendly Warehouse with Deck

We're looking for a friendly, chilled new housemate for our beautiful warehouse conversion, The Button Factory.

The available room is a spacious double with a good size window, polished concrete floors and a lovely warm brick feature wall.

The rent includes all bills, Council Tax and a cleaner twice a month. The room is available on single occupancy only.

We have a homely, friendly environment so we're looking for someone who will add to the spirit of our home. We all work in relatively 9-5 jobs - a mixture of writers, advertisers, florist, fashion and interiors - and hang out cooking and watching films. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and it's important to us that our new housemates contributes to this.

During the week we’re quite relaxed but at the weekend it's a bit more lively with friends around for dinner etc.

We're not a party place, however. There's so much going on around that it's nice to keep our place a quiet place to come back to.

It's a short walk to Manor House and Seven Sisters tube stations (which are Piccadilly and Victoria lines). There are also several overground options, and bus stops going towards Hackney and Camden minutes away.

There are plenty of local shops, Turkish grocers on Green Lanes, as well huge Sainsbury's again all within walking distance. Finsbury Park is at the end of the road, Clissold Park and Stoke Newington is just a little further.
