I have a double room available from June 1st for a two month-long minimum let, or longer if required.

The room is located in a modern, comfortable flat in the heart of Stoke Newington. The room is furnished but there is some space for storage and clothes, with a large built-in wardrobe, bookshelves and drawers. The flat has front and back balconies and a railing to lock a bicycle.

The flat overlooks a small Common and has been recently redecorated with an open plan living room/kitchen, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Stoke Newington Overground is a 3 minute walk away, and 7 bus routes stop just outside the building. Church Street is a 3 minute walk, and there are many organic supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and pubs within 5 minutes' walk. Springfield Park and Walthamstow/Hackney marshes are also nearby.

I often have to travel for work, so you would have the place to yourself from time to time. When I'm at home I sometimes have to work long hours so I'm looking for someone quiet and respectful to share with. - and who does not mind watering the plants when I am away.
