Sublets/short stays in Dalston/Stoke Newington

Hey everyone! I'm renting out the spare room in my flat to anyone who needs a short-term room. It's right in the middle of Hackney, Stoke Newington and Dalston. This might suit people just passing through town (once or regularly), anyone who needs a temporary home or somewhere to stay near a temporary job.

The room has its own door to the private garden, and is very quiet despite the location. You'll share the kitchen, bathroom and garden with me. Smoking is fine in the garden.

Deposit will be the same amount as the rent for the period you want to stay, £200 minimum, one month's rent maximum, all payable in advance. Deposit sent back to you on the day you leave.

Smoking in the garden only, no pets or kids. LGBTQIA+ friendly, vegan-friendly, and I'm fine with most alternative and non-traditional lifestyles to be honest. As long as you're clean and respectful of my things, feel free to use anything while you're staying. You can eat whatever you like as long as you can clean the oven and utensils properly.

You'd be sharing with just me. I'm a freelancer who usually works from home organising concerts, DJing, managing promotions for arts businesses and charities. I try to rehearse singing, record and work out every day, doesn't always happen, and I will work around your schedule.

I love cooking for friends, having occasional gatherings, dinners and parties, watching films and generally enjoying everything that London has to offer. I'm usually pretty busy either working from home or heading out, but I'll be around if you need anything. Obviously I'd work around your lifestyle while you're staying, so won't be loud at night if you've got early mornings, for example.
