Friendly 3 bed with large terrace in Stokey

Hello!!

We are two friends living in a 3 bed maisonette in Stoke Newington. Our housemate is leaving in June, so a room has become available.

Our house is ideally located in a quiet, residential area of Stoke Newington. We are a 5-10 minute walk from Clissold Park and from Church Street, which has lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. We are also a 15 minute walk from Dalston.

The house is over two floors, and has a spacious living room with a table for shared dinners/working from home/wine and a separate kitchen (with a dishwasher!!). There is loads of storage and a big sexy terrace for BBQs/drinks/gardening.

The room available is a little small, but has plenty of storage, with a built-in wardrobe and a huge cupboard outside the room too. It has space for a desk if you would like to work from your room. It also gets the afternoon and evening light.

We love living together, and we are really looking forward to welcoming someone new into our wonderful home.

You'll be living with:

Boni, a HR professional. You’ll find Boni at the gym, at the pub with friends, snuggled on the sofa watching MAFS/a good documentary, or out for an all-nighter dancing to banging tunes.

Mary-Kate, a cracking market researcher. You’ll find Mary-Kate running (soon-to-be running the Hackney half!), gardening, joining Boni for a MAFS marathon, or smashing a pub quiz.

We are hoping to find a new friend who is up for hanging together, but also has their own thing going on. We usually keep the house fairly chill on weekdays and would like someone tidy and respectful.
