I’m a 40 year old creative hoping to find someone to share this bright, newly remodeled flat near Clissold Park. The landlord is hoping to rent out to 2 people right away so hopefully I can find someone who is the right fit!
The flat is on the ground floor with two nice sized double rooms. A lovely bathroom with freestanding tub and an open plan kitchen and living room. We would also eventually have access to the back garden which is currently being worked on.
I am American but I’ve been living in East London for 6 years now and it’s very much home. I’m very independent but would also love to be able to share an occasional meal or glass of wine and chat with whoever I’m living with. Other than that I’m quite tidy, but love filing my home with book, plants and art. I work from home or from my studio at the minute and I’m very flexible with my schedule and respectful of peoples time and space. I’m an omnivore myself but would happily limit meat in the flat for a veggie flatmate.
